How do you charge?

To keep our service price fair we operate at upfront fixed cost - per task charge. So it doesn't matter how long it takes us to do it - You will never be charged more than what we promise you in the beginning. Now that's what we call fair!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do I need to supply any tools?

No. All our skilled specialists carry the necessary tools to complete the job.

Do you charge a callout fee?

For normal maintenance, repairs and property work we charge no call-out fee – just a straightforward flat rate fee.

Are there any hidden charges to worry about?

No, there are no extra charges. Our service is a very simple pay-as-you-go service.

Do you work on Weekends/Bank holidays or after hours?

Yes, we work on Weekends, Bank holidays and after hours that is mutually convenient.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes. You would need to arrange a parking permit close to your home or pay the parking fee if there is available paid parking space.
