How do you charge?

To keep our service price fair we operate at upfront fixed cost - per task charge. So it doesn't matter how long it takes us to do it - You will never be charged more than what we promise you in the beginning. Now that's what we call fair!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do I need to supply any tools?

No. All our skilled handymen carry a full range of tools to tackle a huge number of different jobs.

Do you charge a callout fee?

For normal maintenance, repairs and property work we charge no callout fee – just a straightforward flat rate fee.

Do you have any GasSafe registered engineers?

No. We operate with highly competent and multi-skilled personnel who can handle a wide range of repair but we are not GasSafe registered, so we don’t do any work with gas.

Do you work on Weekends/Bank holidays or after hours?

Yes, we work on Weekends, Bank holidays and after hours that is mutually convenient.

Does this include materials?

Some customers use us purely as a labour service, providing their own materials or we'll be just as happy to supply all the materials needed.

Can you fit curtains or blinds for me?

Of course! Just inform us in advance and we will handle the task.

Can you attach my wardrobe or cupboards to the wall?

Yes! Just make sure you tell us in advance so we’ll bring the right tools.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes. You would need to arrange a parking permit close to your home or pay the parking fee if there is available paid parking space.
